Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and tk789 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By registering an account, accessing any game or service, or making a deposit on tk789, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. tk789 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use tk789, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. tk789 is strictly an adults-only platform and we take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling very seriously.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Players under 21 years old are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any bets.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not under any legal incapacity.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or immediate family member of tk789 or any affiliated entity.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one active account on tk789. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.

tk789 operates a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. We may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• National ID card, passport, or birth certificate to confirm age and identity.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet linked to your registered mobile number.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tk789 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the banking page within your account dashboard and are subject to change.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. tk789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1-3 business days, subject to verification status.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit to prevent money laundering.
• tk789 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending full KYC verification or security review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tk789 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, and the general conditions stated in this section apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be used in accordance with the stated wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Misuse of bonuses, including collusion or exploitation of system errors, will result in disqualification and account termination.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• tk789 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players must opt in to any promotion expressly where required. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

6. Responsible Gaming

tk789 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to set personal deposit and wagering limits within their account settings. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we urge you to use the self-exclusion tools available on our platform or contact our support team immediately at [email protected] for assistance.

tk789 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account terminated immediately and any winnings voided. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk789 and will result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any form of financial crime including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of organised cheating designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment systems for personal gain.
